School Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced School Accountant to run a small Finance Team and assist the Business Manager with key strategic operations.

The accountant leads a small team responsible for accurate day-to-day operations of the accounting team and will assist the Business Manager in financial, resource and business management of the College in accordance with college policies, legislative requirements and within budgetary constraints.

The accountant requires a thorough knowledge and understanding with relevant legislation, regulation, policies, and procedures applicable to the role and keep abreast of changes to the same.

Grounds and Maintenance Team MemberÌý

An exciting opening is available for reliable and hardworking Grounds and Maintenance team members who have a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn.

Duties include:

• General gardening and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the school grounds.
• Provide help with event set up and pack down.
• Utilising existing skills to undertake minor repairs on occasion.

Employment consideration will be given to casual, junior and casual holiday work options for suitable candidates.

Summer Sport Coaches and Referees/UmpiresÌý

Oxley is seeking applications for coaches for our Summer sports program for a range of teams across K-12. Coaches should be capable, enthusiastic, and supportive of the College’s values of kindness, courage and wisdom. In addition, qualified umpires are also sought to officiate home games.
